Return Policy

At NISSE, your satisfaction is important to us. You may return any unused product in its original packaging, with tags intact, within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at info@n-isse.com. Once we receive your request, we will provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using our partnered courier for secure returns. NISSE is not responsible for any lost or damaged returns during transit.

Return Approval & Refund

Once we receive your return, our quality control team will inspect the item. After approval, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Exceptions

Used, damaged, or items with removed tags cannot be returned. Cosmetics, lingerie, and custom orders are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us first. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

How to Prepare Your Items for Return

Apparel

Please ensure the item is flawless, unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags attached. Dark-colored items may transfer color to lighter ones. If returning multiple items, package each one separately.

Bags

Returns must include all original accessories such as dust bags, extra straps, and any additional components. Incomplete returns will not be accepted.

Swimwear

Due to hygiene reasons, returns or exchanges are not accepted on swimwear. Exceptionally, if the item is unworn, with hygiene stickers intact and in its original packaging, we may evaluate the return request at our discretion.
